Her previous experience was in Fund Development in the non profit sector. She was a Campaign Director and consultant for serval local organizations in the realm of the arts, education, athletics and mental health. Her vision and leadership has transferred into the family business where her and Sheldon have become a dynamic team. She brings her vision and passion for great culture and he brings his innovation and expertise of textiles. Switching form ‘Dry’ to ‘Wet’ cleaning has been challenging but necessary in their industry. They continue to win global nominations for best practices and they will continue to forge the path for other cleaners to use non toxic cleaning methods.

She wanted to move from "armchair" feminism to tangibly improving the lives of women by reimagining products that are simple, safe and radically effective for millions of women everywhere. Stephanie believes very strongly in the need for not only Kegelbell, but a company, like Matter|Mission, to destigmatize the space of women's health and give women permission to seek out remedies to the issues that have interrupted their happiness for years.

Combining the knowledge gained from her roll as Vice President & Creative Director of the former local clothing brand, Even Odds Collective and her 6 years of design experience, she has recently taken the official leap as Principal Designer with her Interior Design business, Elysian Dezin.
